Position: Technician / Handyman

Company: THHELPER MANAGEMENT GROUP SDN. BHD.

Locations: Jelutong & Bayan Lepas, Penang

Job Type: Full Time

Working Days: 6 Days / Week

Salary Range: RM 2,500 - RM 3,600 per month

Job Responsibilities



Perform general repair & maintenance work at residential & commercial units



Aircond servicing, troubleshooting & basic installation support



Handyman tasks: plumbing, lighting replacement, minor electrical, drilling, patching



Support renovation tasks & site work when required



Attend guest/tenant maintenance requests (Airbnb & long-term units)



Ensure all tasks are completed safely and on time



Requirements



Experience in aircond OR general handyman work (preferred)



Able to handle tools and basic repair tasks independently



Responsible, punctual & able to work with minimal supervision



Physically fit & willing to learn



Possess motorcycle/car (advantage)
