Job Description

• Responsible for evaluate, propose, implement, test and maintain manufacturing and warehouse systems as business requirements.
• Responsible to plan and support relevant level of service standards and operating policies/procedures.
• Responsible to purchase and manage inventory of industrial PC, scanners, visual management systems, and machines data logging devices.
• Responsible to ensure system design with industrial best practices and ensure continuous improvement activities for the system.
• Create and maintain technical system documentation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive the process improvement across multiple teams.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of relevant working experience.
• Good in system automation hardware, computer trouble shooting and network, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership in implement and guide users on computer hardware usage.
• Good knowledge on manufacturing and warehouse system management, network and IT security.
• Able to manage and support users on manufacturing and warehouse related systems.
• Able to work with stake holders on system implementation, security, and measures.
• Able to perform backup and restore SQL database for testing and trouble shooting purposes.
• Good communication, decision making and problem solving skills.
