Job Description

Coordinate and supervise the site execution phase of the project in compliance to Construct and Modify work process while maintaining good HSE practices to achieve efficient execution of projects. Provide input to Project Management Executive during project scope preparation including design stage up to site project execution. Responsible in ensuring site job are carried out as per agreed scope and following applicable standards for all relevant engineering disciplines: civil (including scaffolding and insulation), mechanical, electrical and instrument. Administer and verify that construction works are in accordance to the agreed quality standards and requirement with respect to the latest procedures, instructions and drawing and other relevant standards. Implement HSE requirements within area of responsibility as well as coordinates construction safety activities in ensuring safe work at site. Act as the Permit Receiving Authority Representative (RAR)/ Receiving Authority (RA) for site activities. Update and ensure engineering data and drawings are the latest revision drawing to ensure correct and accurate information is available for plant use. Manage and maintain draughting tools for smooth draughting works. Qualification: Diploma in relevant engineering discipline (preferred with certificate in draughting). Excellent interpersonal skills and able to maintain good communication with project owner, contractors, and stakeholders. Good knowledge in equipment, piping, electrical, civil and structural design and able to work effectively with a minimum guidance. Requirements: 3 years\' experience in oil and gas or petrochemical industries performing field supervision for construction works. Understand and possesses good knowledge in project scheduling, planning, monitoring and control. Possesses basic knowledge of plant operations or similar plant in the industry.
