Job Description
Main Responsibilities * Ensure 1kg packing,25kg packing, bulk loading, cartooning and robotic well operated as SOP.
- Ensure flour brand, bin selected, quality and packing material is correct according to HOD order.
- Machine service and cleaning will be done according to schedule or as per order by HOD.
- Keep contract worker / operator follow the personal hygiene.
- Ensure sample send according to the sample sending frequency given by Lab.
- Ensure CCP checking is done according to procedure.
- Notify maintenance if there is problem or breakdown.
- Drive forklift safely, transfer product from cartooning section to warehouse.
- Ensure all files and documents are completed updated.
- Keep working environment clean and in control.
- Ensure bin fumigation and cleaning or as order by HOD.
- Practice a good teamwork and communication between Packing Technician and all departments.
- Practicing GMP at work and housekeeping in workplace.
- Others: Ad hoc and other duties as assigned.
