Job Description

We are looking for a Handyman to join our team. Your main role is to ensure our units are in good condition, functioning well, and ready for guests.

Job Scope:

Do regular checks on units and perform basic maintenance. Repair minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.

Service and troubleshoot air-conditioners

(cleaning, gas top-up, basic repair). Fix or check appliances and furniture when needed. Respond to maintenance requests from property managers or guests. Make sure work follows safety and quality standards. Keep tools and materials organized. Work with the team to ensure units are ready before guest check-in. Help with general cleaning or touch-ups when required.

Requirements:

Experience as a Handyman or maintenance worker (hotel/Airbnb experience is a bonus). Skilled in

aircond, plumbing, electrical, carpentry

, and general repair work. Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently. Responsible, problem-solver, and detail-oriented. Friendly and able to communicate clearly.

Willing to travel

around Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
