Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards Responsible for performing routine lift maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safe and reliable elevator operations. Diagnose errors or technical problems, respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel, follow safety protocol and determine proper solutions Produce service reports as per expectation Perform monthly stock count, check stock accuracy and determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for next order if necessary Ensure workplace's health and safety requirements are met together with building and stock security
