Install, configure, and maintain IoT devices and systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with IoT hardware and software, and implement effective solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate IoT solutions that meet the needs of our clients Provide technical support and training to end-users on the proper use and maintenance of IoT systems Stay up-to-date with the latest IoT trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our offerings Assist in the development of IoT-related documentation, including user manuals, maintenance guides, and technical specifications

Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technician or a similar role in the Electrical/Electronic Engineering field Strong understanding of IoT technologies, including sensors, connectivity protocols, and cloud-based platforms Proficient in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IoT devices and systems Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Adaptable and eager to learn, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
