Job Summary / Purpose Responsible to perform high quality repair and maintenance work in accordance with the standards set by DK Motor Sdn Bhd, based on the competency acquired. Key Responsibilities To perform general repairs and maintenance services which includes: 1. All brands basic maintenance program, fault tracing of engine management system problems, engine tuning & adjustment, general repair and overhaul of engine. 2. Fault tracing of auto-transmission & manual-transmission problems, general repair of transmission, clutch assay, pumps, etc. 3. Fault tracing of electrical problems and replacing / repairing of basis electrical components. 4. Fault tracing of suspension and undercarriage problems and replacing / repairing of basic suspension & undercarriage components. 5. Fault tracing of air-conditioning problems and replacing / repairing of basic air-conditioning components. 6. Adjustment of body parts, locks and window winders and other body and interior parts. 7. Installation of basic accessories. 8. To co-ordinate with Service Advisor on additional jobs. 9. To carry out any duties and job functions in which you may be instructed from time to time by the Company or person acting on behalf of the Company. 10. To maintain good house-keeping of the work place and up-keep of the workshop hand-tools & special tools.
