Experience in servicing and maintenance air-conditioning & electrical will be advantage

Tanggungjawab
To ensure building facilities are maintained at high standards.
Perform preventive and breakdown technical support maintenance for building services, mechanical, electrical, facilities equipment and other associated building maintenance work such as miscellaneous repairs of doors windows etc.
Maintain assigned equipment in proper working order.
Maintain a proper inventory of equipment, supplies, and other necessary items required to perform duties assigned.
Prepare daily work report.
Any other duties assigned by the superior.
