Sunway International School (SIS) is the first international school in Malaysia to offer Ontario (Canada) Ministry of Education High School Curriculum. A private co-educational institution, SIS commenced in January 2008. Due to dynamic growth and expansion, SIS opened up a second campus in Sunway Iskandar , a new development strategically located close to major attractions in Iskandar, Johor Bahru and Singapore. Beginning in January 2017, SIS Sunway Iskandar has started operations and offers the Ontario curriculum for students in Kindergarten to Grade 5, Middle Year Programme for students in Grade 6 to 10 and International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) for students in Grade 11 and 12. SIS Sunway Iskandar welcomes applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to join the school for the above stated vacancy with the following job specification: Perform routine check and maintenance on all facilities, machinery and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition. Repair and install electrical equipment, plumbing system, etc. Provide logistical and technical support for daily classes, school events and functions. To be on-call at all times to provide technical and facilities support. To be familiar with the school layout, organisational structure and standard operation procedures. To support the Emergency Response Team (ERT). Requirements At least 2 years working experience in relevant field. Minimum a Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or related disciplines. Operational knowledge of AV equipment, electronic appliances and mechanical & electrical (M&E) work. Ability to work effectively as a team. Basic proficiency of Microsoft Office applications. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate in English preferred.
