Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Executive at Win Win Food Industries. As a Technical Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day technical operations of our manufacturing processes. This includes ensuring quality control, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Qualifications Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes and quality control Experience in troubleshooting technical issues Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Good communication and collaboration skills Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in the food industry is a plus Daily Tasks: Ensure workshop cleanliness and organization. Verify the condition of workshop equipment. Weekly Tasks: Review and sign off on the Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS) for the forklift. Inspect the chiller unit for any issues. Monthly Tasks: Review and sign off on the Preventive Maintenance Schedules (PMS) for the milling machine and lathe machine. Project Responsibilities: Delegate tasks to subordinates for ongoing projects. Compile a detailed list and estimate material requirements for each project. Supervise and track the progress of subordinates. Oversee the execution of projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards are met.
