A public listed company with more than 20 years of experience, specializes in providing the fabrication of semi-finished metal products and metal parts, and assembly of finished products.

Working Day/ Hour / Location

Monday to Friday, 8AM to 6PM Kawasan Perindustrian Larkin, Johor Bahru

Job Scope

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on factory and building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment. Troubleshoot and repair machinery and building infrastructure as needed. Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment. Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for efficient operations. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns or maintenance requests.

Requirements:

BO Certification is mandatory. Minimum 3 years of experience in building or factory maintenance or related field. Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Experience in industrial or factory environment. Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in building operation.
