Job Summary

The Technician is responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of ice machines and dishwashers, as well as supporting warehouse and delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

Install, service, and repair ice machines and dishwashers at customer premises or company warehouse. Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure proper equipment performance. Perform testing, cleaning, and calibration of machines before delivery or installation. Assist with warehouse activities including loading, unloading, and organizing equipment or spare parts. Deliver machines and parts to customers using company vehicle. Record all service jobs, maintenance activities, and parts used. Report technical issues and support service documentation for warranty or claims. Ensure safe handling of electrical tools, gas components, and heavy equipment. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work and warehouse areas. Comply with all company safety, quality, and operational standards.

Requirements

Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, or related technical field. Minimum 1-2 years in servicing electrical or refrigeration equipment. Valid

GDL (Goods Driving License)

. Basic electrical and refrigeration troubleshooting. Able to read wiring diagrams and service manuals. Good communication and customer service skills. Physically fit and able to lift or move heavy machines. Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Working Conditions

Based in warehouse and field (customer sites). May be required to work overtime or weekends based on service schedule.

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
