Qualification & Experience:

Proven experience in technical troubleshooting and maintenance of Proven experience in technical troubleshooting and maintenance of complex systems, preferably in parking management or related industries. Must possess own transport for travel between car park sites and other locations as required.
Task & Responsibilities

2 Vacancies. Locations: Johor Bahru , Tampoi Assist the technical supervisor with day-to-day troubleshooting and diagnosing of breakdown issues in car park systems. Perform preventive maintenance, including the upkeep and replacement of parts and components at car park sites. Coordinate and follow up on-site projects, ensuring timely completion and quality control. Involve in the startup operations of new car parks and the handover process, including terminating telephone lines, arranging for the installation/removal of signs, and coordinating the installation/dismantling of equipment with contractors. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for car park equipment to ensure smooth operation. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance and repair works, purchases, testing records, and other relevant activities. Initiate purchase requisitions for spare parts, consumable items, and work orders to ensure adequate supplies and timely repairs. Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing all parking control devices/equipment, including lighting, vehicle counters, alarms, fee computers, and security systems. Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, vendors, and customers to resolve technical issues effectively.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
