The Technician, Kitchen Equipment is responsible for carrying out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all commercial kitchen equipment to ensure smooth and safe operations. This role involves responding to breakdowns, performing regular inspections, maintaining accurate service records, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Experience (Preferred):
Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in servicing and repairing commercial kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, refrigerators, chillers, fryers, dishwashers, steamers).
Prior experience in the hospitality, hotel, or food service industry is an added advantage.
Strong technical and mechanical skills in diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance schedules and spare parts management.
Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and HACCP requirements.
