Job Description

1. Perform repairs and services as per Repair Order (RO)

Carry out all repair and maintenance work according to the specifications and instructions stated in the RO.

Ensure compliance with manufacturer's guidelines and service standards.

2. Ensure accurate diagnosis and first-time rectification of complaints

Conduct thorough inspections to identify the root cause of vehicle issues.

Apply appropriate repair methods to resolve the problem on the first attempt, minimizing repeat jobs.

3. Proper maintenance and utilization of service equipment and tools

Keep all tools, machinery, and diagnostic equipment in good working condition.

Follow proper handling and storage procedures to prevent damage or loss.

Able to carry out minor troubleshooting

Identify and address minor mechanical or electrical issues efficiently.

Apply quick fixes or temporary solutions where necessary while ensuring safety standards.

5. Practice 5S in the workshop and adhere to Company SOP

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the work area at all times.

Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.

Responsible for meeting labour utilisation, productivity, and efficiency targets

Plan and manage work tasks effectively to achieve set KPIs.

Maximize productive hours while ensuring high-quality workmanship.

7. Undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superiors

Be flexible and ready to assist with additional tasks outside regular duties.

Support the team and management in achieving operational goals when needed.

Qualifications for Technician

1- Minimum Diploma in Automotive OR equivalent with Automotive related experience.

2- At least two (2) years of working experience in car repair and customer service.

3- Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles.

4- Ability to handle various tools and heavy equipment.

5- Excellent physical condition.

6- Fluent written and spoken in English & Bahasa Melayu.

7- Ability to interact with all levels of people to address issues arising.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
