- Able to handle engine servicing jobs independently. - Able to lead and supervise junior technicians and possess teamwork spirit. - Willing to learn and pursue in Industrial Diesel Engine Troubleshooting, Repair, Field Services & Overhaul jobs. - Ensuring through working practices, inspection and/or test that all products to be supplied to the customers shall meet all engineering and technical specification requirements. - To ensure that all field service requests are fulfilled on time. - To entertain and reply to all customer request / complaint upon receipt. - To maintain and keep all tools / equipment in working order and return after service job. - To adhere to senior mechanics in any service work, where applicable. - To maintain and keep work area clean and safety are adhered to.
