• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair technical issues efficiently.
• Execute efficient and effective repairs to restore products to optimal functionality.
• Provide clear explanations of technical problems and proposed solutions to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.
• Provide detailed reports to the technical team for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of electrical regulations
• Strict attention to detail
• Minimum (1 year) of experience
• Possess D/GDL driving license
• Ability to effectively manage time
• Able to multitask on various projects
• Full time position
