We are seeking a skilled

Handyman

to join our team at Perfect Host (M) Sdn Bhd, our subsidiary company in the Airbnb industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and improvements to ensure properties are well-maintained, functional, and guest-ready at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular property inspections and perform routine maintenance tasks. Handle minor repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to appliances, fixtures, and other equipment. Respond promptly to repair requests from guests or property managers. Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards. Manage inventory of tools, materials, and equipment needed for maintenance. Collaborate with property managers to ensure properties are ready for guest check-ins and meet Airbnb quality standards. Perform general upkeep and cleanliness of the properties as required.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a handyman or in a maintenance role, ideally in the Airbnb or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Willing to Travel
