Job Description

TECHNICIAN

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment, facilities and systems (e.g. electrical and plumbing). Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and resort staff. Diagnose and repair technical faults in rooms, public areas, kitchens and recreational facilities (e.g. pools). Maintain lighting systems, electrical outlets, switches and other fixtures. Assist with landscaping and exterior facility maintenance as needed. Operate and maintain tools and equipment in a safe and clean manner. Perform minor carpentry and plumbing tasks. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records. Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations. Support major maintenance projects and renovation work as required.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent, technical or vocational certification preferred. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in maintenance or technician role. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems. Physically fit and able to lift, climb and work in various indoor or outdoor environment. Experience in automotive or motorcycle maintenance Ability to repair and maintain ATV (e.g. Engine problem and electrical system issues like battery and starter).
