Minimum SPM, or Certificate/Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Engineering or equivalent;
Required skill(s): Knowledge in Computer Network or Server Installation, configuration is an advantage.
Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia;
At least 2 years of working experience in Computer Support and any related field is required for this position;
Possessing own transportation and must be willing to travel;
Able to work independently;
Hardworking, disciplined, punctual, good in communication skills, willing to learn, honest and trustworthy in work;

Responsibilities
Perform corrective maintenance within the SLA time frame upon receiving problem logs via WhatsApp, fax, email, or phone calls from the Customer Care Unit or directly from the customer (ensuring the Customer Care Unit opens the ticket log).
Understand the SLA (Service Level Agreement) for all customers/projects and ensure completion of all tasks within the agreed-upon time frame.
Contact customers to clarify issues and gather detailed information after receiving the problem log from the Customer Care Unit.
Execute routine tasks, including preventive maintenance,time corrective maintenance, and installations on personal computers, notebooks/laptops, printers, and their peripherals.
Assist SEC/CE/JCE in performing routine preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and installations on servers and associated peripherals.
Aid SCE/CE/JCE in conducting routine preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and installations on network equipment and their peripherals.
Record and update all activities and problem logs in the Customer Care System and TSR (Time Sheet Record).
Provide maintenance reports, including Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Installation reports, to the Customer Care Unit. Daily reports are mandatory for HQ, while remote sites necessitate monthly reports.
Monitor the status of all faulty equipment taken for repair or warranty claims, ensuring timely return of repaired or warrantied equipment to the customer, along with loaner units, within the customer\'s SLA.
Furnish daily updates to the supervisor regarding all performed activities.
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
