Job description:
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems.
Perform repairs works on lighting, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning units.
Support preventive maintenance programs to ensure longevity and functionality of equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, proposing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Document work completed, parts used, and issues identified in maintenance logs.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems as required.
Collaborate with other team members to support cross-functional maintenance activities.
Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to mitigate any potential hazards or disruptions.
Job Requirements
Technical diploma or certification in Electrical. Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a technician role within facilities management or a similar industry.
Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
Basic computer skills for documenting maintenance activities.
Able to work on Shift
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
