Job Description

Pay:

RM1,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month

:

To perform daily inspection to adjust, install, remove, and repair electronic parking meters and other parking devices; including cleans, overhauls and makes major shop repairs on parking meter control and mechanisms. To provide general maintenance services of buildings, grounds and equipment including parking booths, electronic gates, parking meters, parking payment stations, ticket dispensers, surface parking lots and related electronic equipment and systems. To implement all policies, authorities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Quality Management System (QMS). To comply with MRCB Code of Business Ethics, Anti Bribery & Corruption Policy, No Gift Policy, other relevant operational MRCB Group's Policy and applicable regulations/ legislations.

Job Requirement:

Minimum SPM holder; preferably with M&E certificate from local institution. Maintenance: use of hand and power tools and equipment related to painting, plumbing, electrical, electronics, lighting, glass replacement, grounds maintenance, and other duties Experience in handling general building and grounds maintenance, cement and asphalt repairs.
