Job Description

Responsibilities :-

1. Responsible for performing maintenance operation on the equipment with good handling of work and proper usage of equipment, tools, and materials. wastage is to be kept to a bare minimum in order to keep costs down.

2. To be able to carry out basic service, maintenance procedures of all mechanical equipment that is used in the premises in order to locate the problem and rectify immediately after discussion with the supervisor or the Assistance Maintenance Manager.

3. To keep all equipment in good repair with a minimum of downtime by providing day to day maintenance of the hotel.

4. To report to the respective Senior Technician / Supervisor on duty on all aspect related to the operation that has been accomplished.

5. To maintain a close liaison inter-departmentally and with other departments in the hotel.

6. To execute all jobs assigned in an efficient and accurate manner.

7. To perform the execution of repair & maintenance or preventive maintenance program properly and maintain cleanliness.

8. To continually support and improve engineering services that effectively address problems affecting both guests and associates.

9. Must have a thorough knowledge of entire electrical system of the hotel, the circuits, present loads and possible limits of new loads.

10. Ability to read documents such as Safety Rules, Safety Awareness information, technical drawing, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manual.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
