Job Description


Work Location: TTDI, Kuala Lumpur Responsibility:

  • Perform Service and Repair of Dyson\'s products.
  • To communicate with customers as part of service requirement \xe2\x80\x93 main focus to serve
customer at front desk and at the same time able to do repair work.
  • To perform daily activities as per established process and procedures.
  • To produce quotation for Over warranty units.
  • Produce timely and detailed reports.
  • To meet KPIs set up.
  • To deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service
success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.
  • To adhere to company policy including and not limited to procedures, social
compliance, and business integrity policy. Requirement:
  • Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Engineering field.
  • 2 years of experiences.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
  • Proven field service experience
  • Possess good command of English
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedule
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Benefits:
