Job Description
Work Location: TTDI, Kuala Lumpur Responsibility:
- Perform Service and Repair of Dyson\'s products.
- To communicate with customers as part of service requirement \xe2\x80\x93 main focus to serve
- To perform daily activities as per established process and procedures.
- To produce quotation for Over warranty units.
- Produce timely and detailed reports.
- To meet KPIs set up.
- To deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service
- To adhere to company policy including and not limited to procedures, social
- Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Engineering field.
- 2 years of experiences.
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
- Proven field service experience
- Possess good command of English
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedule
