• At least SPM education or equivalent (Technical certification is a plus).
• At least one year of proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to converse in English.
• Knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, air-conditioning, and general maintenance work.
• Strong Problem-solving skills and Attention to Detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time Management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexible work schedules including weekends, public holidays, overtime, outstation if necessary, and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair, especially air conditioning.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and ensure efficiency.
• Assist & collaborate with other departments if necessary.
