Job Scope / Responsibilities

Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE)

Comply with and apply all safety rules, regulations, and policies in all work areas. Comply to all quality, health, safety, and environment requirements. Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures. Completing and maintaining all QHSE tasks given with integrity. Involve in the HQSE Committee and relevant meetings.

Technical and Maintenance

Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines. Oil and lubricate moving parts on machines to ensure effective performance. Identify the causes of unexpected breakdowns and repair broken machines quickly and efficiently. Perform basic welding skills. Management and fabrication of molds required for projects.

Logistics and Inventory

Receive and check the conditions, quantity, and acceptability of all received goods11. Maintain and keep track of the serviceability and/or calibration of all tools, QC tools, and equipment. Assist in the planning and ordering of all required tools and consumables for all projects. Maintain the track record of consumables required for relevant projects. Upkeep and maintain the storage system properly and/or as per material requirement in all work areas.

Work Execution and Quality Assurance

Be responsible for complying with tasks instructed/given by the supervisor. Ensure all quality work performed is as per procedure, meeting all product minimum requirements. Comply with deadlines in ways that comply with the company's mission, vision, and commitment. Assist Supervisor and Technician III in the drawing pour map and accommodating completion days agreed as per PO. Manage cost-effectiveness in all tasks given. Upkeep and maintain 5S and housekeeping.

Communication and Development

Provide constructive feedback to the Supervisor. Convey complaints and issues raised by customers on site to the Supervisor and assist in resolving them. Involve in and give constructive input in all improvement projects for the company. Guide new employees constructively. Be punctual in reporting for work.

Requirements

Education:

Must possess minimum Secondary School/SPM / "O" level / Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in a related field is required.

Knowledge:

Good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.

Skills:

PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office with good typing skills.

Attributes:

Able to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Authorities

Intervention on valid health, safety, and environmental reasons. Intervention on valid quality reasons.
