Job Description

Laptop & Motherboard Repair

Diagnose and repair laptops that fail to power on, experiencing motherboard failures, or hardware malfunctions. Perform circuit-level troubleshooting on laptop motherboards, including testing voltage, replacing faulty chips, and reflowing components. Identify and resolve short circuits, power-related failures, and BIOS issues.
Hardware Diagnosis & Component Replacement

Use diagnostic tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, BIOS programmer, etc.) to analyze motherboard issues. Replace or repair damaged SMD (Surface Mount Device) components, including MOSFETs, ICs, capacitors, and resistors. Perform BIOS flashing, reprogramming, and chip replacements when required.
Quality Assurance & Reporting

Conduct thorough testing and quality checks after repairs to ensure stability and reliability. Maintain detailed repair logs and update the system on repair status and component usage. - Work closely with the customer service team to update customers on repair progress.
Team Collaboration & Support

Assist in training junior technicians on advanced motherboard repair techniques. Support internal teams with technical expertise on laptop hardware troubleshooting. Ensure the repair lab is well-maintained, organized, and equipped with necessary tools.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
