Responsibilities:

• Carry out the day-to-day activities of the technical team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Manage the maintenance and repair of massage chairs and fitness equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate and communicate maintenance services to customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive innovation within the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a technician.
• Demonstrates a good working attitude and punctuality.

Perincian Pekerjaan:

• Melaksanakan aktiviti harian pasukan teknikal untuk memastikan penghantaran perkhidmatan yang cekap dan berkesan.
• Menguruskan penyelenggaraan dan pembaikan kerusi urut serta peralatan kecergasan.
• Menyelesaikan masalah dan mendiagnosis serta mengesyorkan tindakan pembetulan.
• Mengkoordinasikan dan berkomunikasi perkhidmatan penyelenggaraan kepada pelanggan.
• Memastikan pematuhan dengan piawaian keselamatan dan peraturan.
• Membangunkan budaya peningkatan berterusan dan menggalakkan inovasi dalam pasukan.

• Pengalaman minimum 1-2 tahun sebagai seorang juruteknik.
