Perform daily facility and equipment management tasks in accordance with the maintenance plan and inspection standards of public facilities and equipment.
Use the necessary materials and reduce material costs.
Supervise the maintenance units that are outsourced.
Achieve specific emergency plan tasks.
Take part in the department's and the company's training to raise your technical proficiency.
Perform maintenance tasks in accordance with the service order list's specifications.
Note the electric and water meter readings in public areas; gather utility invoices; and note the water and electric meter readings in homes.
Do related work records.
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year of relevant experience in building maintenance consist of: Electrical, M&E, Civil and Airconditioning.
SPM/Diploma/Certificate in Electrical, M&E, Civil, Air-conditioner equivalent qualification.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
