Job Description

1. Perform daily routine inspection and daily checklist on all building facilities systems.

2. Checking, maintain, and repair for HVAC system in the hospital or outside hospital building not limited to Chiller, AHU, FCU, Split Unit, Air Curtain, Ventilation System (Exhaust fan/fresh air) and Humidifier or Dehumidifier.

3. Checking, maintain, and repair for Hot Water System not limited to Heat Machine, Calorifier Tank, Pumps, pipe system, Distribution Board (DB) etc.

4. Perform any breakdown or repair related to facilities (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Plumbing etc.)

5. Perform Plan Preventive Maintenance (PPM) as per scheduled on all facilities system/equipments.

6. To ensure operation and maintenance plant are done effectively and comply with regulation (Suruhanjaya Tenaga, Safety & Health Act or any other relevant act under Malaysia Law).

7. To ensure that the spare part stock is under control according to the par level that has been set.

8. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

9. Perform On Call / Stadby / Schedule duties / weekend and public holiday or when needed by management.

10. Undetake other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,588.60 per month
