Job Description
- Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance, including civil, electrical, plumbing and related facilities systems.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and work as team.
- Basic knowledge of general building repair and maintenance.
- Able to work overtime when required.
- Willing to travel around Starbucks outlets.
- Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible to the Starbucks outlets maintenance as required.
- Maintains lighting systems by replacing lamps and performing minor repairs and maintenance.
- Performs general outlet repair and maintenance.\xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible in plumbing, electrical and civil maintenance of Starbucks outlets
- Orders supplies and maintains inventory of required materials.
- Performs emergency facilities or equipment repairs.
- Maintains organized and clean equipment rooms.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
