Responsible to monitor and check plant utilities such as chiller, boiler, RO compressor, cooling tower, low temperature chiller etc;
To ensure utility facilities and to comply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Engineering Practice (GEP);
To ensure utility maintenance staffs carry out maintenance schedule as plan including building maintenance;
Responsible to plan and execute maintenance plan for process equipment;
Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting daily problems and liaise with supplier and contractor;
To plan major overhauling for main equipment in details and allocated budget to meet Departmental/Company objective;
Ensure proper building safety and involve in production system operation;
Undertake other responsibilities when instructed by your immediate superior.
