1. Responsible assisting Supervisors and Facility Manager in implementing, inspecting, repairing and effectively operating on-site maintenance especially for electrical, mechanical, piping, civil & structural systems. The scope of responsibility includes:
a) Electrical Systems and Installation
b) Air Conditioning System and Installation and 'Ventilation'.
c) Swimming Pool System and Installation.
d) Sanitary and Piping Works.
e) Civil and Structural Works.
f) Mechanical Systems and Works.
2. Responsible for the Facility Manager to ensure that all works/asset are operating smoothly.
3. Carry out system and equipment inspection work carried out repair work for minor damage and then provide inspection and repair reports to Facility Manager as contained in the specification and list of contract documents.
4. Monitor all maintenance works including repair, installation, modification or upgrading and repair works.
5. Ensure daily maintenance works run smoothly with minimal complaints.
6. Inspect, record and monitor parts and safety as well as ensure that the stock is always sufficient.
7. Respond directly to Facility Manager's instructions when there is a complaint about the damage and report on the status of the actions and improvements that have been made.
8. Comply with and implement all safety precautions and measures and be responsible for ensuring that all work is avoided from hazardous conditions.
9. Ensure that all complaints are taken to completion.

REQUIREMENT:
1. Certificate of Polytechnic/IKM/IKBN/ILP/VOCATIONAL or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 2 years of experiences in similar post.
2. Must have own transport.
3. Able to work under pressure and 24 hours on call.
