Job Description

Carry out repairs and servicing of Monochrome and Color Digital Multifunction Product, enable hardware and software at workshop or customer's premises and services to the highest standards.

Manage and repair copier on and off-site

Investigate and resolve maintenance and repair issues

Identifying and troubleshoot malfunctions cause

Respond to all customer's call and ensure that the customer's machine are in working condition.

Conduct trouble shooting on machines and escalate problem to Superior for issues that are complicated.

Experience in Related Fields would be an advantage

Requirements

:

Candidate must posses at least Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Computer Science/IT or equivalent.

Good communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia/ English.

Ability to demonstrate and technically oriented with good analytical skills.

Mature and able to work with minimum supervision. Able to handle customer's complaints.

Knowledge of digital print products and knowledge of file handling software will be an added advantage.

At least 1 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided by the Company.

Possess good eye vision and not colour blind.
