1. To assist Engineer to conduct NPI, establish process flow, preparing tools ,test fixtures/equipment. 2. To prepare FA report and Assembly Specifications (AS) for new products before mass production. 3. To prepare Operating Instructions (OI) for both Production and Engineering department. 4. To study and make recommendations on process, productivity and yield improvement. 5. To assist Engineer in carrying out root-cause analysis on the customers\xe2\x80\x99 complaint and complete 8D reports . 6. To provide technical support to Production department in whatever way deemed necessary to ensure the smooth running of Production with minimal disruption. 7. To assist Engineer in preparing RFQ (request for quotation) in terms of labour cost calculation, BOM listing, analysis of material specifications, recommendation of alternative material and the overall general calculation sheet. 8. To work closely with Sourcing and Order Management departments in order to complete the RFQ on time to customers. 9. To perform any other tasks that may be requested by the Superior from time to time
