Kelayakan

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated and a good team player.
• Technical experience with knowledge in air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems would be advantageous.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Tanggungjawab

• Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Carry out monthly preventive maintenance for the ventilation and air-conditioning system such as the AHU, FCU split unit cooling towers, pumps and control system, including cleaning and repair of the systems.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers\' requirements.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Perform other related duties and activities as required from time to time.
