Job Description

Involve in the set-up, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair laundry Washer, Dryer and its equipment

Perform preventative maintenance on facility machinery and ensure smooth operations of the Laundry business and to report any machine faulty and work progresses in the HS Whatapp group

Conduct proper servicing works and complete one outlet at a time (do not skip to another outlet)

Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Communicate with internal staff, with customers, owner and the Management.

Conduct inspection to check the Outlet cleanliness and conditions and take necessary actions immediately

Be alert on the servicing and maintenance requirements

Deliver chemicals

Maintain and secure work tools.

Maintain cleanliness of company's vehicles and monitor vehicles servicing schedules

Maintain office and work stations cleanliness

Must be contactable & be responsive via message or phone call during working hours

Respond to emergency calls for assigned work area to perform emergency maintenance/repairs works during off-duty hours

Comply with all the company's policies and procedures

Train up new Technician as requested or when required

Perform related duties as assigned by Superior or the Management from time to time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
