Job Description


Job Responsibilities :

  • To provide routine maintenance and breakdown services.
  • To ensure customer service appointments are attended to promptly.
  • To ensure customers are duly notified of assigned appointment.
  • To submit/bank-in daily cash and cheque that have been collected.
  • To ensure compliance of service standard at all times
  • To maintain standard stock accordingly
  • To ensure service equipment, tools & devices are taken care well.
  • To take good care of company image.
  • To assist CRAs in handling customer enquiries and complaints.
  • Responsible for personal & Team performance
  • To execute any other job functions as assigned by superior.
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field
  • School leaver is encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of plumbing or mechanical related field will be an added advantage
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Benefits:
