Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- To provide routine maintenance and breakdown services.
- To ensure customer service appointments are attended to promptly.
- To ensure customers are duly notified of assigned appointment.
- To submit/bank-in daily cash and cheque that have been collected.
- To ensure compliance of service standard at all times
- To maintain standard stock accordingly
- To ensure service equipment, tools & devices are taken care well.
- To take good care of company image.
- To assist CRAs in handling customer enquiries and complaints.
- Responsible for personal & Team performance
- To execute any other job functions as assigned by superior.
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field
- School leaver is encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of plumbing or mechanical related field will be an added advantage
- Full-Time position(s) available.
