Job Summary

To provide technical support for IT hardware, software, and network systems in the organization. The role assists in troubleshooting, maintenance, and daily IT operations to ensure smooth functioning of company systems and user productivity.

Job Responsibilities

Daily

Perform troubleshooting for PCs, printers, scanners, and basic network issues. Assist users with common software installation and configuration. Log and escalate IT support tickets to engineers when required.

Weekly

Conduct routine checks on office PCs, printers, and network points. Support backup verification and assist in data recovery testing.

Monthly

Assist engineers in system updates, patches, and preventive maintenance. Prepare basic IT asset reports (PC, printer, consumables).

Yearly

Participate in IT inventory audits and hardware replacement programs. Provide technical support during company events and system upgrades.

Job Requirements

Certificate / Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science or related field. Computer Knowledge : Basic PC hardware/software, Windows OS, Office 365, basic networking Skills : Troubleshooting, problem-solving, documentation. Abilities : Good communication, teamwork, willingness to learn Professional Certification : CompTIA ITF+, Microsoft MTA (added advantage) Working Experience : 0-2 years in IT support / hardware maintenance (Fresh graduates considered).
