Job Description

Candidates must possess solid understanding and hands-on experience with various cleaning equipment, as this is a critical requirement for operational effectiveness.

A Facility Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of a facility.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues.

Perform maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical repairs.

Monitor and manage heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for optimal performance.

Carry out preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns.

Repair and maintain building structures, equipment, and systems.

Document maintenance activities and maintain records of inspections and repairs.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
