Responsibilities i. To maintain and setting machine for manufacturing process and WWT facilities. ii. To perform troubleshooting and rectify machine and equipment failure. iii. General repair and maintenance of all electrical equipments or installation. iv. Perform minor building, plumbing, and painting repairs as necessary. v. To perform Preventive Maintenance for all the machine as per listed in Preventive maintenance schedule. vi. Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety procedure. vii. To ensure machines / equipments repaired are properly fixed and safe before hand over to end user. viii. Record all the repairing particular of the machine\xe2\x80\x99s in individual machine repair log form or book. ix. To assists the engineering supervisor / executive in the design & modification or improvement of the machine and facility. x. To assist in monitoring of MSB room operation and cleanliness. xi. To maintain proper technical documentation & maintenance records. xii. To conduct the daily cleaning & housekeeping of the machine and the workplace and to assist in implementation of hygiene & sanitation program. xiii. To ensure safety requirement in handling chemical and scheduled waste are strictly follow. xiv. To support in HALAL implementation and HALAL related matter. xv. To maintain safety, health and environmental policies and procedure. xvi. To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior.
