Job Description

1. To run the NF (Nano Filter) production system according to the SOP. 2. To respond and conduct NF production process control and monitoring effectively and efficiently and suggest any improvement. 3. To conduct periodic checks and routine inspection to NF processes according to the system recommendation and checklist. 4. To troubleshoot treatment processes failure promptly. Under urgent cases, the person shall be required to work outside normal hours. 5. To run the RO system according to the SOP. 6. Monitor day-to-day RO operation with site data logging including backwash carbon filter and CIP RO membrane. 7. Ensure all processes operating and perform as per operation need, cost effectively, safely and efficiently. 8. Report processes performance and monitor the sequence of operation in accordance with the approved process control specification. 9. Ensure the work is performed in accordance with the specifications and approved procedures. 10. To conduct quality check accordance to the checklist. 11. To conduct chemical inventory monitoring including double containment check and clean up if necessary. 12. To comply with all company policies, procedure and standards. 13. To perform related duties as directed. ***Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply. ***We are seeking individuals in their twenties for this position.
