: - Be the speedy Gonzales for support engineers, the first to answer the call for any activity or incident onsite. - Play a superhero role in supporting level 2 and 3 engineers during troubleshooting onsite, with great power comes great responsibility! - Join forces with level 2 engineers during deployment, survey activity, and circuit activation to ensure success. - Create a masterpiece onsite summary report after site completion, just like a photographer capturing the perfect moment. - Become the ultimate caretaker of customer sites by conducting preventive maintenance, just like a plant mom taking care of her green babies. - Keep in constant communication with supporting engineers during onsite to ensure all processes run as smooth as butter, teamwork makes the dream work! Qualification: - Network, electrical, or IT diploma/certificate? Check! - Basic knowledge of network, computer, and IT? Check! - Got your own transportation? Check! - B2 or D license? Double check! - Willing to work flexible hours, even on weekends? You betcha! - A team player with excellent communication skills? Absolutely! - Able to work independently when needed? No problemo!
