\xe2\x80\xa2 Programming & Tooling and equipment\xe2\x80\x99s set-up before start production. \xe2\x80\xa2 Check quality, process and final product. \xe2\x80\xa2 Run machine according to the production schedule. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performed daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance \xe2\x80\xa2 Troubleshoot and repair of tools, equipment and failure boards \xe2\x80\xa2 Work on first article sample with leader \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor calibration due dates to prevent the usage of calibration over dues \xe2\x80\xa2 To observe & ensure product assemblies are in compliance with OHSA 18001 Health & Safety and ISO14001 Environmental Policy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep spare parts. Monitoring stock of tools and equipment\xe2\x80\x99s. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist production engineer to conduct new model evaluation to establish effective assembly process \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist engineer to carry out continue improvement activities.
