Job Scope \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify potential and actual pest problems, conduct inspections and design control strategies to get rid of the pests. \xe2\x80\xa2 Execute fumigation management services following environmental compliance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Thorough knowledge and understanding on common practice, pesticides, tools and terminology used in fumigation procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Thorough knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions associated with the work. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep updated on latest application and regulations of Fumigation practice. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate with operation in order to schedule services with customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure fumigation services are administered at assigned locations in a timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead a team dedicated to provide quality services support to customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for completion of fumigation services while ensuring maximum productivity, quality and service standards \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead necessary meetings with regulatory officials and government agencies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Read, understand labels and MSDS for hazardous chemicals used during service. \xe2\x80\xa2 Direct and assist co-workers in maintain working order, ensure team compliance to safety procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Inspect, maintain and utilize Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) properly \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct regular briefing and training inter-department to ensure working and safety procedures are constantly reminded to operation team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare all necessary paperwork upon completion of each job \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other duties as assign by the Management. Qualification Required \xe2\x80\xa2 Working experience in related field, possess of fumigator license will be an added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma in related field \xe2\x80\xa2 Must possess physical stamina and be able to withstand harsh conditions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Detailed and be able to follow detailed instructions in applying pesticide \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess good customer service skills and be customer focused \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player with good interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ttrustworthy as duties are mostly discharged without the physical presence of the client
