Job Description

Responsibilities

Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and networking systems. Inspect and diagnose issues in residential and commercial properties. Ensure all repair and maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Handle installation of CCTV, access systems, lighting, water piping, and other building facilities. Ensure proper tools, materials, and procedures are used during installations. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues. Record and report all maintenance activities, findings, and completed work. Provide recommendations for preventive maintenance and improvement. Work closely with supervisors, contractors, and clients to ensure tasks are completed as required. Support other team members during project execution or emergency repairs.
Requirements

Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services (or equivalent). At least 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or technical work (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) Knowledge in electrical wiring, plumbing, and air-conditioning systems is an advantage. Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Physically fit and willing to work in various environments (indoor & outdoor). Possess own transport and valid driving license (added advantage).
