1. Operate and monitor district cooling systems and equipment.
2. Perform/assist routine and preventive maintenance on chillers, pumps, valves and control systems.
3. Diagnose and repair faults in mechanical and electrical components.
4. Maintain accurate records of system performance, maintenance activities and incidents.
5. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
6. Support system upgrades and commissioning of new equipment.
7. Coordinate with other technicians and engineers for system optimization.
Minimum Requirements:
Possess diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology or related field.
At least 2 - 3 years in HVAC or district cooling operations and maintenance. experience.
