POSITION: Technician / Electrician

The primary purpose of this position is to carry out day-to-day maintenance of the electrical, extra-low voltage systems at assigned projects plus other tasks that the management believes are within the abilities of the Holder and that fit in with the company's strategies as circumstances dictate.

:

1. Servicing and repairing all M&E installations at site.
2. Ensuring the electrical systems, control circuits, MATV, security alarm, CCTV, car
park are in proper working condition.
3. Barrier gate system, fire alarm system, pump control, card access system and common
4. area lightings are in proper working condition.
5. Ensuring that the planned and preventive maintenance of all installations are carried out
promptly.
6. Supervising the electrical works carried out by contractors.
7. Answering electrical service from unit owners/tenants upon confirmation of
appointment set by management office administrative staff.

Requirements:

? Minimum SPM or Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Tahap 2 Minimum Wireman Certificate
(PW3).
? At Least 2 years working experience.
? Possess good knowledge of mechanical and electrical system.
? Possess good interpersonal skills and able to maintain effective working relationships
with Department staff and customers.
? Basic oral and/or written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
? Ability to perform repair on faulty circuit and wiring.
? Possess initiative and able to work independently.
