Job Description

Job Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of general building and grounds at various facilities/sites including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform maintenance repairs and services. To do daily technical inspection rounds and checks on the proper functioning of installations \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct corrective service and repair / restoration works where and when necessary \xe2\x80\xa2 Schedule and oversee regular inspections and contract servicing to ensure the working conditions of all equipment \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage an inventory record of parts and supplies, tools and equipment \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform general maintenance work \xe2\x80\xa2 Operates and perform periodical checks on the maintenance equipment, water pressure, generator set etc \xe2\x80\xa2 Highlight on any other matters that needs future upgrading work \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform other duties from the norm as requested by Maintenance Manager / Supervisor Job Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM, Diploma or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduates are encourage to apply \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible, reliable, independent and has sense of urgency \xe2\x80\xa2 Honest, Reliable, Efficient and Professional at all times. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to carry out multitask and work independently with minimum supervision \xe2\x80\xa2 Applicants must be willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays \xe2\x80\xa2 With skills in plumbing, air-cond servicing and trouble shooting, wiring & electrical, basic carpentry is an advantage
